Steps

Boil the rice to 95% ready

Wash and Grate the coconut, onions etc

Pour the oil into an empty pot on fire, add onion and garlic, ginger and grated coconut and fry until it is dry
- 4
Add seasonings and other things and add rice.
- 5
Serve with Fried carrots and cabbage with a little oil and salt
