  1. 1full chicken
  2. 1 table spoongrated ginger
  3. 1large onion
  4. 1 bunchcoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    First preheat your pan, add cooking oil and first stir fry your onions and grated ginger. Till nice and golden brown.

  2. 2

    Next add the chicken and cook for 20-25mins.

  3. 3

    Lastly add the coriander and cook for another 5 mins.

  4. 4

    Serve when hot with your favourite starch.
