  • Pinchcarrom seeds
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • leavesChopped coriander
  • For stuffing
  • 1/2cupcrumble cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cupboild Green peas
  • 1 tbanardana fresh
  • Chat masala
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for cooking
  • 1/4 tspjeera

Steps

    Take a pan add 1sp of oil

    Crackle jeera

  3. 3

    Add crumble cheese &green peas

  4. 4

    Cook 1mnt

  5. 5

    Add all spices and salt

  6. 6

    Cook 2mnts

  7. 7

    Add fresh pomegranate &mix

  8. 8

    Gas turn off

  9. 9

    Take a bowl make batter for cheela with the help of water

  10. 10

    Take non stick pan spread little bit of oil

  11. 11

    Pour batter &make cheela

  12. 12

    Make 3cheela

  13. 13

    Spread little bit of tomato sauce

  14. 14

    Spread cheese mixture & Roll slightly tight

  15. 15

    Cut and insert toothpick

  16. 16

    Serve with chutney or sauce
