Cook you goat meat with maggi,onion and salt to taste, add dried fish.

When done filter water out and set aside, lower heat and add chilli, pepper soup spices, red oil, utazi leaf, add maggi if required, always add abit of the goat meat water you set aside when ever it's getting to dry....

Peel your potatos and bowl with the remaining water add more fresh water if needed,

When half done slice, put in a plate spray abit of salt, Pfeiffer and suya pepper, put in oven 200°c for 15min.
