Ingredients

Some amount of well sliced kales
1onion
3fine ripen tomatoes
1royco cube
1/2 piecegarlic
Little piece of pepper
3tea spoonfuls of cooking oil

Steps

1

Place the oil on a pun and add the sliced onion, garlic and small pepper
2

Fry to fine brown and add the kales
3

Place the chopped tomatoes on top of the kales and some royco cube, thn lid the pun for 5 minutes steaming.
4

Mix them well and serve it with ugali
