I ate fried kales with ugali and it really tested like it had meat in its mix..it was wonderful and testy
Cooking Instructions

Place the oil on a pun and add the sliced onion, garlic and small pepper
- 2
Fry to fine brown and add the kales
- 3
Place the chopped tomatoes on top of the kales and some royco cube, thn lid the pun for 5 minutes steaming.
- 4
Mix them well and serve it with ugali
