In a pot heat milk n let it boil

In a heavy bottom pan add ghee n add rice stirr continuesly add boiling milk half qty n stirr continuesly

Cook the rice in milk add the remaining milk also in between stirr continuesly

When the rice cooks completely add saffron strands n almond paste stirr
- 5
Add sugar then when done add cardamom pwd before 2-3 mins before removing from heat.

Cool it n serve enjoy
