1 cupsugar
1 cuppeanut butter (creamy)
1egg
1 tbsp(optional) Baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit ...Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl until dough like texture... If you are using baking soda it will make the cookie more fluffy.

Add small scoops and form to make a nice cookie circle or any shape... Keep in mind that the cookies will expand especially if using baking soda.

Put in for 11 to 16 minutes depending on thickness... Or until cookies begin to crust on the top
