Ingredients

  1. 8med chicken breasts
  2. 30 gramschicken spice
  3. 100 mlolive oil
  4. 2onions, cut into half and sliced
  5. 2red bell peppers, sliced
  6. 500 mlchicken stock
  7. 25 mlgarlic paste
  8. 4 tspground black pepper
  9. 60 gramswhite onion soup mix powder
  10. 250 mlfresh cream
  11. 150 mlfull cream milk
  12. 250 mlwater
  13. 10 mlJJ's Roasted chilli sauce (optional)
  14. 1 canbaked beans
  15. 1salt to taste

  1. 1

    Slice chicken breasts into 0.5 inch (1.3cm) thick slices.

  2. 2

    Season sliced chicken breast with 15 grams chicken spice.

  3. 3

    Preheat a frying pan on medium to high heat.

  4. 4

    Add the olive oil and lightly brown the chicken breast. Remove the chicken breast and set aside.

  5. 5

    Brown the onions for about 5 minutes. Add the red bell peppers and garlic paste and fry for a further 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Put the chicken in followed by the stock. Bring to the boil and simmer covered for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Mix together the onion soup mix, pepper, cream and milk. Add in with the chicken and simmer for 8 minutes uncovered, stirring constantly.

    Add the water and salt and simmer for a further 10 minutes uncovered.

    Add JJ's Roasted chilli sauce and baked beans cover for 3 minutes.
