Steps

Slice chicken breasts into 0.5 inch (1.3cm) thick slices.

Season sliced chicken breast with 15 grams chicken spice.

Preheat a frying pan on medium to high heat.

Add the olive oil and lightly brown the chicken breast. Remove the chicken breast and set aside.

Brown the onions for about 5 minutes. Add the red bell peppers and garlic paste and fry for a further 5 minutes.

Put the chicken in followed by the stock. Bring to the boil and simmer covered for 5 minutes

Mix together the onion soup mix, pepper, cream and milk. Add in with the chicken and simmer for 8 minutes uncovered, stirring constantly.

Add the water and salt and simmer for a further 10 minutes uncovered.

Add JJ's Roasted chilli sauce and baked beans cover for 3 minutes.
