Heat the chocolate and butter in baine-marie until both the chocolate and butter melt

Beat the eggs and the sugar until a foam is formed once this is achieved add the flour and then the butter and chocolate mix.

Bake at 350°F until it's cooked on the outside, the center must be liquid 12-15 min.

Sprinkle with confectioners sugar (optional) before serving.
