Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupButter
  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  • 1 largeegg
  • 1/2 tspVanilla
  • 1 cup1 1/8 cup flour
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 7 ozCooking & baking cranberries (1 bag)
  • 1/2 cupOatmeal ( or 1 1/2 pack of instant oatmeal)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream together butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg & vanilla

  2. 2

    Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, then add slowly to creamed butter

  3. 3

    Stir in cranberries then oatmeal

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned makes about 4 dozen small cookies
