Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupButter
  2. 1/4 cupSugar
  3. 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  4. 1 largeegg
  5. 1/2 tspVanilla
  6. 1 cup1 1/8 cup flour
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. 1/2 tspBaking soda
  9. 7 ozCooking & baking cranberries (1 bag)
  10. 1/2 cupOatmeal ( or 1 1/2 pack of instant oatmeal)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream together butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg & vanilla

  2. 2

    Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, then add slowly to creamed butter

  3. 3

    Stir in cranberries then oatmeal

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned makes about 4 dozen small cookies
