1/2 cupButter
1/4 cupSugar
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1 largeegg
1/2 tspVanilla
1 cup1 1/8 cup flour
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspBaking soda
7 ozCooking & baking cranberries (1 bag)
1/2 cupOatmeal ( or 1 1/2 pack of instant oatmeal)

Cream together butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg & vanilla

Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, then add slowly to creamed butter

Stir in cranberries then oatmeal
4

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned makes about 4 dozen small cookies
