Mix butter and sugar and beat till fluffy.

Add condensed milk and beat again till fluffy.

Sieve all dry ingredients 2-3 times.

Now mix in wet mix and add water and essence.

Make a smooth batter without any lumps.

Now pour in cupcake mould and bake in microwave in micro mode for 2 and 1/ 2 minutes at full power.

Let it cool. Remove from mould.

Now dip in chocolate ganache.

Sprinkle some coloured rice.

Your mini bites are ready to serve.
