Fettuccine with celery and luncheon meat in banana sauce

With leftover celery and luncheon meat from lunch recipe, i make this new pasta recipe for dinner and turns out awesome. You may use ketchup sauce if you don't have banana sauce. Banana sauce is sweeter and less acidic.

  1. 1

Cook the fettuccine or spaghetti until al dente for about 10 minutes in pot of boiling water.

Add some white pepper powder, ground black pepper and Tabasco sauce. Give a final stir to the ingredients.

  5. 5

Drain the pasta into a big bowl. Add the cooked ingredients over it and add banana sauce. Mix everything evenly.

  6. 6

    Ready to serve.

Love to cook and experiment with new cooking methods in addition to traditional stir fry recipes. Living in Singapore, a fantastic place to eat and experience (almost) every kind of cuisine in the world. There are 5 hawker center within my current neighborhood, I would go there for quick meal if I lazy to cook. My favorite food in hawker center include chicken rice, yong tau foo, lor mee, wanton mee, nasi lemak, cai png, bak chor mee, laksa, herbal mutton soup, ah balling, fried kway teow, curry chicken noodle, kopi O.
