Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1cooking spray
  2. 1 tbspolive oil
  3. 4 clovegarlic, minced
  4. 2 tbspchopped fresh rosemary
  5. 1 lbfresh or frozen bread or pizza dough, thawed according to package directions
  6. 1salt to taste
  7. 1pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 450 ° F.

  2. 2

    Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

  3. 3

    On a lightly floured work surface, roll the dough into a 9 X 15 inch rectangle.

  4. 4

    Brush the oil over the top of the dough and sprinkle with garlic and rosemary.

  5. 5

    Season the top with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Bake until puffed up and golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.

  7. 7

    Cut into wedges or squares and serve warm or at room temperature.

  8. 8

    *You can also substitute other herbs such as thyme, oregano, basil, or tarragon for the rosemary.*

  9. 9

    **This is something different you can serve instead of plain dinner rolls.**

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
