Ingredients

  • 8 mediumpotatoes
  • 2 tbspFresh mint
  • 2 tbspFreshly chopped coriander
  • 2Green chillies
  • 1/2 tspPomegranate seeds (chopped)
  • 1 1/2Crushed red chilli
  • 1 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 mediumOnion
  • 1Egg
  • 2 tbspCooking oil (vegetable or canola)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes and then mash roughly, grind the pomegranate seeds and the dry fresh coriander. Chop the onions, green chilis, mint and fresh coriander finely, and add every thing. Mix well. Make small patties, dip in egg and fry.
    Enjoy!
