Ingredients: 8 medium potatoes; 2 tbsp Fresh mint; 2 tbsp Freshly chopped coriander; 2 Green chillies; 1/2 tsp Pomegranate seeds (chopped); 1 1/2 Crushed red chilli; 1 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds; 1 tsp Coriander powder; 1 medium Onion; 1 Egg; 2 tbsp Cooking oil (vegetable or canola)

8 mediumpotatoes
2 tbspFresh mint

1/2 tspPomegranate seeds (chopped)
1 1/2Crushed red chilli
1 1/2 tspSalt
1 1/2 tspCumin seeds
1 tspCoriander powder
1 mediumOnion
1Egg
2 tbspCooking oil (vegetable or canola)

Steps

Boil the potatoes and then mash roughly, grind the pomegranate seeds and the dry fresh coriander. Chop the onions, green chilis, mint and fresh coriander finely, and add every thing. Mix well. Make small patties, dip in egg and fry.
