I have been looking for a decent bakery style M&M cookie since 2007. This is the only recipe that actually produced results. Hope you love them as much as I do!

Ingredients

36 servings
  1. 12 ozMini M&M candies
  2. 3 oz1/3 fat cream cheese
  3. 1/4 cupButter, melted
  4. 1/4 cupCanola oil
  5. 1 2/3 cupSugar
  6. 2 tspVanilla extract
  7. 1Egg
  8. 2 cupFlour, sifted
  9. 3 tspBaking powder
  10. 1/4 tspCream of tartar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

    Cream butter, oil, cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add flour, baking powder and cream of tarter, mix well. Stir in M&Ms.

    Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 7-9 minutes at 350°F. Let sit on pan for a few minutes before removing to cooking racks.
