Defrost the Quorn if required. Mix ingredients for the marinade in a bowl, and add the quorn. Leave for up to two hours in the fridge, covered with cling film.

Chop the peppers finely into thin slices, and sear in a hot pan until slightly blackened with a little olive oil. Leave to cool.

Chop the halloumi into bite sized cubes, and fry with oil in a large pan until golden on all sides. Leave to cool.

Grill the marinaded Quorn in a very hot pan until all the remaining liquid is aborbed, and the fillets are cooked thorough. Chop roughly into even pieces, and leave to cool.

Chop the tomatoes in half lengthwise.
- 6
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, then eat!
