Trying to adapt a healthier lifestyle, i saw this recipe on tv and kind of made it my own. Enjoy :')

Preheat oven to 350°F

Fork split your English muffin and toast it

Heat water just until a simmer and put a tablespoon of vinegar and a tsp of salt

Crack the egg in a separate bowl then carefully put it into the water. Gather the whites by using a slotted spoon

Leave for about 3 minutes or more if you want the yolk to be firmer

To assemble your sandwich: put one slice of the cheese over the bottom side of the muffin. Let it melt in the over for about 3 minutes on a baking dish. Remove from oven and put the tomato slice and smoked turkey.

Put it in the over for another 2 minutes and then remove. Finally put the poached egg on top of the sandwich. Season with salt and pepper
