  1. 4Poached Eggs
  2. 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  3. 1/2 tspKosher Salt
  4. 1/2 tspground black pepper
  5. 1/3 cupFress or store-bought pesto
  6. 4 sliceof Bread
  7. 3 tbspFreshly grated parmesan

    Poach 4 eggs

  2. 2

    Immediatly after poaching add your salt, pepper, and cayenne (this makes a huge difference

  3. 3

    Butter toast and place poached egg on top

  4. 4

    Top with pesto and sprinkle with parmesan and serve
