  • 4Poached Eggs
  • 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tspKosher Salt
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • 1/3 cupFress or store-bought pesto
  • 4 sliceof Bread
  • 3 tbspFreshly grated parmesan

    Poach 4 eggs

  2. 2

    Immediatly after poaching add your salt, pepper, and cayenne (this makes a huge difference

  3. 3

    Butter toast and place poached egg on top

  4. 4

    Top with pesto and sprinkle with parmesan and serve
