Be it southern fried chicken or kebabs or in tacos....this sauce is amazing.... It never lasts at my home ;)
Can be used as a dip or a spread or even as a salad dressing( don't add much oil for a pouring consistency)

Ingredients

  • 3 clovegarlic
  • 1egg white
  • salt
  • 1 cupvegetable oil
  • 2 tbspfresh lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a food processor, add garlic and salt

  2. 2

    Once its a paste , add 1 egg white and lemon juice and run the processor.

  3. 3

    Slowly drizzle in the oil, till a thick mayonnaise consistency is achived

  4. 4

    Can be stored in the refrigerator Up to 2 weeks
