Steps

Heat peanut oil and add crushed ginger, chilli and jeera and curry leaves and saute it.

Later add red chilli powder and kulith flour and mix it. Just to mix it add 2 tbsp of water and mix it well.

Now add hot water around 1 cup and mix it. Then add peanut powder and curd with salt as per taste and mix it. Now let it boil for 5 mins. Garnish it with coriander And serve it with soup sticks.
