How to make karela pakoras

First peel the karela then in chilka add salt and keep it aside for half an hour...then wash it properly by mashing it..then add all masala and oil...then make pakoras as shown in pieces..then deep fry it...till it turns golden brown

Cut the karela as shown in pieces...don't forgot to remove the seeds..then keep it aside by adding salt then wash it properly..

Then take cooker in these add 2 tspn oil then mustard seeds cumin seeds then red chilli powder then add little bit water then salt coriander powder haldi powder

Then add jaggery according to Your taste...as shown in pieces for adding water then close the lid don't take pressure..it will get burns...keep the flame low then keep stirring it time to time up and down..

Then if it will cook completely..then off the flame then mix karelas with pakoras properly...
