  1. 3/4 lbbottom round steak
  2. 1 tspSkye's steak seasoning see attached recipr
  3. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  4. 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Season the steak with Skye's steak seasoning. Add baslamic vinegar to a zip lock bag. Marinade the steaks in the zip lock bag.

    When the fire on the grill is dying down good and hot add the steaks grill till done
