GARLIC and HERB BUTTER

Ingredients

  1. 500 grams- 1kg nuttelex-vegan butter (depends on how buttery you like it)
  2. 1/4bunch parsley, chopped
  3. 1/4bunch basil, chopped
  4. 1/4bunch coriander, chopped
  5. 4 clovegarlic, crushed
  6. dashof lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Remove butter from fridge to soften.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until combined.

    Chop the soft butter. Add to bowl and stir until well mixed through.

  4. 4

    Place a long peice of baking paper on the bench. Place the butter mixture onto paper. Roll up into a log. Twist the ends. Put in fridge to keep hard. Use as desired.

    Note: You can use what ever herbs you like, I just love that combination. Alternatively, you can use nuttlex butter for vegan option and also add ingredients in a food processor instead of chopping. Quick and easy...
