  • very easy and yummy
  • 2 cupsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cupcoconut powder
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 4 largeegg whites
  • 4 tbspcorn oil
  • 3 tbspall purpose flour
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 tsprose water
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 pinchof salt

    in a bowl mix all ingredient . on the baking pans flat out the parchment paper then take the coconut dough and shape them any way you want on the temp of 350°F cook the dough and cook for 25 min.
