  1. 1(3 Pound) boneless beef chuck roast
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1(.7 ounce) Dry Italian Dressing Mix
  4. 1(1 Ounce) Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  5. 1(.87 Ounce) McCormick's 30% Less Sodium Brown Gravy Mix
  6. 1 can(14.5 Ounces) Sliced Carrots (Optional)
  7. 10 ozsliced mushrooms (Optional)

    Place Beef Roast in slow cooker

  2. 2

    Mix the water, Italian dressing mix, ranch dressing mix, and brown gravy mix together in a bowl until smooth and pour over beef roast

  3. 3

    Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add mushrooms and carrots in slow cooker the last hour before serving.
