Blend ingredients in a large mixing bowl ,mix 2 minutes on medium speed, turn batter into tube pan, bake for 50 to 55 minutes .or until center springs back.

Let it cool , then remove from pan .

When it is completely cool down, mix sugar and lemon juice , spread on top. Enjoy
