MZ - Baked Camembert
Love to deep my crackers on it.

Put the oven at 220C

Take the Camembert cheese out of the fridge

Unpack the cheese

On the base spread 1 tbsp of olive oil and put back the cheese inside the oiled box

Cut the cheese in 8 parts. make sure you do not cut the borders otherwise will leak fom every side cutted

Before anything else make sure you got all the ingridients around you. Also the garlic cutted in little pieces.

Spread on the cheese all the ingredients: Salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, dry thyme, garlic, turmeric, the rest of olive oil and in the middle a the drop of soya sauce. It should look like in the pic.

Cover the cheese with the box lid and put into the oven. SOrry for the bad quality pic.

Cook for 7 min and remove the lid

After 3 more min, with a knife, reinforce the cuts done earlier. Make sure you do not burn yourself. Bad pic again.

In 5 more min is ready to be taken out and put it in a place and served with crackers or coutons

Is a total of 5min cooking. If the cheese is not total melted inside, keep few more min.
