Ingredients

  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chicken spice
  • 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • 1 kgchicken wings
  • Deep frying oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade the chicken wings with salt, black pepper and chicken spice.

  2. 2

    Put in the fridge for 1 hr

  3. 3

    Then put the wings in the flour

  4. 4

    Heat cooking oil and deep fry till golden brown

  5. 5

    Remove the chicken and cool for 2-3 mins and fry again till crunchy.

  6. 6

    Its ready
