Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F, and prepare a muffin tin with paper cups.

Beat cream cheese and sugar in mixer until well blended. Add eggs one at a time.

Place one Oreo at the bottom of each muffin cup, then fill with batter. Bake 20 minutes or until centers are almost set. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

This is super easy to make, and tastes great! Prep is about 8 minutes. I use a jumbo muffin pan, and i cook that for about 32 minutes. You know it's done if it's only a little jiggly when you shake the pan, and only slightly shiny on top.
