Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsalad oil
  2. 3/4 cupsoy sauce
  3. 1/4 cupWorcestershire
  4. 2 tbspdry mustard
  5. 1/2 cupred wine vinegar
  6. 1 1/2 tspparsley
  7. 2 clovegarlic, crushed
  8. 1/3 cuplemon juice
  9. 1salt and pepper (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients.

  2. 2

    This is good for anything you might be grilling, chicken, beef, pork, or even fish.

  3. 3

    You should marinate for at least 3 hours, but you can marinate overnight.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate until ready to grill.

  5. 5

    *Makes approximately 3 1/4 cups.*

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
