Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsof slices chicken
  2. 1 1/2 cupof pickled bamboo boiled and wash
  3. 2 cupof coconut milk
  4. 1 tbspspoon of red curry paste
  5. 3thin slices of grachine
  6. 10of thai eggplant
  7. 2 sliceof chillies
  8. 10leaves of sweet basil
  9. 2 tbspspoon of sugar
  10. 1 tbspspoon of fish sauce
  11. 1 tspspoon of chicken stock powder
  12. 1 tbspspoon of oil

  1. 1

    Heat oil in the pot then stir in red curry paste add half coconut milk stir till get pretty colour

  2. 2

    Add chicken and keep frying till chicken cook 7 minutes about

  3. 3

    Pour in the pot the rest of coconut milk and add pickled bamboo then covered bring to boil on medium heat for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Add grachine, eggplants and chillies

  5. 5

    Add sugar, fish sauce and chicken stock powder add sweet basil and stirring for 5 more minutes
