place colander inside of a large bowl. cut watermelon into strips over the colander removing the rind. place watermellon in a single layer on a plate.

chop cilantro (place 2 tblspoons aside) and sprinkle the cilantro and the sea salt on the watermellon
- 3
add 2 tablespoons cilantro and a pinch of pink sea salt to the retained watermelon juice. mix well. add garlic salt to taste and enjoy.
