Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cupsrice
  • 1large onion
  • 4large carrots
  • 1 bunchcoriander
  • 1bell pepper
  • 4eggs
  • 4table spoons fried rice seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook your rice as usual.

  2. 2

    In a large pan, add cooking oil and stir fry your onions until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Next add your carrots and cook until medium soft.

  4. 4

    Next add the bell pepper and coriander. Stir fry for a minute.

  5. 5

    Push the vegetables to one side of your pan then break the eggs into the pan. Cook from the other side and scramble the egg as you mix with the vegetables.

  6. 6

    Now add your rice seasoning and stir.

  7. 7

    Lastly add all your rice and cook until the mixture is evenly mixed
