  • 1 canTuna
  • lettuce
  • 1carrot
  • 2 smalltomatoes
  • 1cucumbers
  • 1green pepper
  • 1/2red pepper
  • 1/2yellow pepper
  • red cabbage
  • cupbroccoli

Steps

  1. 1

    chop lettuce in a meduim size and spread it on your plate.

  2. 2

    Then Chop each of cucumber, tomatoes, carrot, red cabbage, broccoli and all the peppers on the lettuce.

  3. 3

    Put Tuna on the mixture and put on whatever spices you like espcially Paprika and chilly pepper. Enjoy your healthy meal 😉
