This is My famous Power Wrap I created 12 years ago while I was working at the COSI Children's Museum in Columbus Ohio. I started looking to create healthier "grab n go" options that were; delicious, give a ton of energy and would hold up to travel with kids. This was a huge hit and to all who know me say it has become a Chef Brian signature item. This item will boost the metabolism increase oxygen through the blood, keep you feeling satisfied (full) and is full of nutrition. http://www.kidkulinaire.com/school/frankskitchen/instructional/item/163-worksheet
