Stewed Mud Fish/Mumi

#Mytraditionalkenyandish ...... This food reminds me of my granny Priska Auma Nyokello. She loved this fish Mumi so much that a week wouldn't pass without cooking it. She would boil it, stew it, fry it or even roast it. Especially during rainy seasons this fish and the likes of Kamongo would be so many and cheap in the market. Its best when deep fried and stewed. And my husband loves the fish so much that yesterday he bought a big one😂😂😂 Enjoy!!
