15 ozcanned tuna in spring water
1 tbspdill infused oil
1 1/2 cupseasoned panko bread crumbs
1 1/2 cupcrushed potato chips plain
1 tspground black pepper
2 tbspsour cream
1/2 largeonion chopped finely
1/2 tspsage
1 tsprosemary oil
1/3 cupricotta cheese
2 largeeggs
1/4 tspsalt
topping
1/2 cupseasoned panko breadcrumbs
1/2 stickbutter, melted
1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Mix all the ingredients for the loaf and mix together

Preheat oven to 375°Fahrenheit

In a baking pan spray with nonstick spray add the loaf mixture add topping ingredients to top bake for 40-50 minutes till done let sit 5-7 minutes then slice and serve
