  • 6 largefish fillets
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 3 tsppaprika
  • 4 tspOnion powder
  • 4 tspgarlic powder
  • 2 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspthyme
  • 1 tspcelery salt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 4 tspLemon pepper

  1. 1

    Combine all of the dry ingredients into a small bowl and set aside

  2. 2

    Preheat frying pan to a medium high heat.

  3. 3

    Place the 2 tablespoons of oil into hot frying pan

  4. 4

    Dredge the fish in the spice mixture and place in frying pan. Cook for approximately 2 minutes per side

It was the perfect amount of spicy, but it needs just a little less salt! Otherwise it tastes amazing
