  1. 2/3 cupunsalted butter, melted
  2. 2 cupbrown sugar, lightly packed
  3. 2eggs
  4. 2 tbsphot water
  5. 1 cupdried blueberries
  6. 1/2 cupwhite chocolate chips
  7. 2 2/3 cupflour
  8. 1 tspbaking powder
  9. 1 tspbaking soda
  10. 1/4 tspsalt

    Preheat oven to 375°F Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

    Combine melted butter, brown sugar, eggs and hot water and mix well.

    Stir in remaining dry ingredients.

    Mix in dried blueberries and white chocolate chips.

    Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
