Ingredients

  1. 1Boneless skinless chicken breast
  2. 1Teriyaki sauce
  3. 1Ranch dressing
  4. 1Real bacon bits
  5. 1Shredded colby-jack cheese
  6. 1Scallions

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. 2

    I use a package of boneless skinless chicken breast, but use however many you want to. *If they are thick make sure to cut them in half so they'll cook faster.

  3. 3

    In a baking dish pour some teriyaki sauce and place chicken in. Pour a little more sauce over chicken and keep turning/moving the chicken around to completely coat with teriyaki.

  4. 4

    Next, pour ranch dressing over chicken in a zigzag motion. Don't completely soak it but make sure every bite gets some for flavor.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle bacon bits over chicken.

  6. 6

    Add the shredded cheese. If you don't want to use colby-jack you can use whatever kind you want.

  7. 7

    Lastly add scallions if desired.

  8. 8

    Cook for 30-35 minutes at 400°F or until chicken is done. Enjoy!
