Butterfly chicken breast then set aside

I USED DRY SPICE RUB OPTION 2 ,,,,,Mix all spice and press to coat chicken

With little coconut oil pan grill or bake it till lightly brown and cooked on both side for about 5 minute or longer depending on the thickeness of the chicken then leaving rest

Serving option slice it up and serve with mustard spaghetti and enjoy
