400 gomena
Cooking oil
1onion, chopped
4tomatoes, chopped
1little salt
1little tomato sauce

Use warm water to wash omena, heat cooking oil till hot to the maximum.

Dip the omena and fry till golden brown add onions followed by tomatoes

Add tomato sauce or if you have tomato paste you can use.

Let cook for around five minutes

Serve with Ugali
