Take a cooker add 1/2tsp oil add all lentis (dal) fry it in 2 minutes After add chopped vegetables, turmeric powder,salt,and 1/2tsp kashmiri chilli powder mix it now add rice and give it a good mix add 3cups of water and cover the lid allow it 6 to 7 wissil.when cooker is completely cool open the lid and give it a good mix. Now take a pan heat 1/2 1tsp oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds next add red chillies and curry leaves next you can add onion and garlic and fry it now switch off the flam

Transfer this tdka in your Khichdi garnsh some coriander leaves serve this Khichdi With curd and papad, salad as your wish. I hope you all are like my recipe....
