Steps

Firstly cut the karela into round shape thin pieces and fry in oil..once it is done take it aside.

Take a pan add 2tsps of oil and just fry all the above ingredients in medium flame.

Once it is done take it aside and let it be cool.

Once it gets cool,blend it smooth and add that mixture to Karela pieces.

That's all yummy karela fry is ready.Have it with hot hot rice and ghee.
