Clean the rice. Boil the water in a sufuria and salt and a little oil. Add in the rice and cook

Chop the onions and tomato and the coriander and the green pepper.

Add oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion and tomato and stir.

Add in the coriander and green peppers and continue stirring. beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt
- 5
Add the eggs onto the frying pan and start stirring.
- 6
Serve with rice.
