Ingredients

  • 3 small bowlMaida
  • 1 small bowlBesan
  • 3/4 small bowlCaster sugar
  • 1/4 tspBaking soda
  • 2 cuprefined oil or desi ghee (approx 1 cup)
  • 1/4 tspElaichi powder
  • 50 gmsAlmonds(Optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maids,besan,sugar &kneed with refined oil into a soft dough.

  2. 2

    Make a small balls as a shape of Nan Khatai.any shape or size.

  3. 3

    Place one half sliced almonds on every ball & bake on 180°C for 10-12minutes in preheated oven or till it done.

    Serve it.
