Cook Anil rice vermicelli according to the pack instructions

Heat the pan add oil when oil is hot add mustard seeds when it starts popping add cumin stir

Now add ChanaDallas stir until golden brown now add onion green chilli turmeric curry leaves and salt stir till translucent

Now add grated carrot stir and add cooked rice vermicelli toss well for 2 minutes then add fresh coconut stir well for a minute switch off the flame

Simple and tasty breakfast is ready serve with coconut chutney or pudina chutney enjoy happy cooking thank you
